• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed.

Orders & Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
• Order changes and cancellations follow our Return & Refund Policy: requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns, Refunds & Shipping

All returns, refunds, cancellations, warranties, and shipping are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms. By ordering, you acknowledge and agree to those policies, including the requirement to provide a valid uninterrupted unboxing video for damage, defect, or wrong-item claims.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We document every stage of each order (confirmation, tracking, proof of delivery, packaging records, and support communications). Chargebacks or disputes filed without valid evidence, or in contradiction to our published policies, will be challenged, and we will provide full documentation to payment processors. Filing a fraudulent chargeback does not release you from your obligations under these Terms.

All content on this Site — including logos, text, images, graphics, and designs — is the property of PlushieLand or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
