At PlushieLand, we want every plush friend to reach you safely and on time. Please review our shipping details below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. PlushieLand is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 5–14 business days
- International orders: 7–14 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, high-volume seasons, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it. If your tracking hasn't updated after several days, contact us at support@plushie.land and we'll help look into it.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. These charges are set by your local customs authority; please check your country's import rules before ordering.
If a package is refused or returned because import fees were not paid, the order is treated under our Return & Refund Policy, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking confirms delivery to the address you provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled. PlushieLand is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen.
In these cases, please file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number — we'll provide any shipment documentation you need to support your claim.
For packages significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to help locate your order.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at support@plushie.land within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be changed.
